Abe Lee Charities
Refer any buyer or seller to Abe Lee Realty and we will donate 25% of our commissions to your charity.
To qualify for this program, the IRS must recognize your organization as a non-profit charitable organization, and a referral form must be completed and sent to Abe Lee Realty.
All you need to do is let your members know that if they buy or sell real estate, they can help raise much needed funds for your organization by referring the business to Abe Lee Realty. When the transaction closes, if your supporter directs us to make a donation to your organization, we coordinate through escrow a contribution to your organization for 25% of the commission that was paid to Abe Lee Realty.
For example, if the transaction price was $200,000 and our commission was 3%, Abe Lee Realty would receive $6,000 of which $1,500 would be eligible for donation to the charity. A few transactions a year could net thousands of dollars in donations from Abe Lee Realty.
We can also assist your organization in other ways:
- Abe Lee can assist with real estate market values or analysis of real estate donations at no charge.
- Abe Lee teaches classes in wills and trusts and is available to teach your staff the benefits of incorporating bequests with simple estate planning.
